Snoop Dogg took to Twitter Tuesday afternoon to weigh in on the election topic that has taken the nation by storm in recent days -- not the much-publicized leaked video of Donald Trump, but Ken Bone, the 34-year-old man who became an internet sensation after asking a question at Sunday night's town hall debate between the two presidential candidates.
"Nice sweater @kenbone18," the rapper tweeted. "U should get it in blue. Come to the crib and smoke 1 wit Tha Dogg"
The message from Snoop is just the latest in the torrent of recognition Bone has received in the media since questioning Trump and Hillary Clinton about energy policy. Numerous memes about Bone quickly emerged and he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday night.
Chelsea Handler also had some choice words about Bone: "At this past debate, while everyone was trying to figure out who they want to be their president for the next four years, I figured out who I want to be my lover for the next 40 years. I'm talking about this little cherry tomato."
